At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, missing parts, or altered packaging may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.

  • Items returned without original packaging.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Clearance or final sale products.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account or UPI ID.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping costs will be borne by us.

  • For customer preference returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
