Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Items showing signs of use, damage, missing parts, or altered packaging may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Clearance or final sale products.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account or UPI ID.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping costs will be borne by us.

For customer preference returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
